Appalachian Overland Jamboree ADV Rider Training

Zacker Adventures has teamed up with the folks at the Appalachian Overland Jamboree!

Our instructors Todd Zacker and Blair Harris will be at the event from Friday-Sunday. We will be offering group training sessions each day of the event. 

Zacker Adventures will be offering an ADV Rider Training onsite. We will work on improving your adventure bike rider skills. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable traveling the roads less traveled. The instructors will focus on the following skills:

• Clutch and Throttle Control
• Balance
• Body Positioning
• Braking
• Ascending and Descending Hills
• Ways to conserve energy during your long days on the trail

All these drills and skills have a progression. No matter if you are a newer rider or a seasoned rider, we challenge you and help you advanced those skills.

These training sessions are included in the price of your admission into the the event. To register you will have to sign up when you arrive at the event. The training sessions will be first come first serve no prior reservation is offered.
